Sorry, I should have told you that. I am most interested in finding a reputable supplier for fixed quarter window seals and moulded sponge door seals plus various extrusions. Most Chinese companies are difficult to deal with, do you have a history of exporting to western countries?

Regarding some companies like that you mentioned,I think which indeed exist in China,but not only in China and that is a small part compared to all.

Frankly speaking,you got an impression on Chinese company which is not good for you ,maybe you will lose an opportunity to extend your business,.If I were you ,I would never thought that before knowing the company clearly.

And about your last question ,it is so incredible,we have exported to UK,Italy,Canada, and your neighbour Australia for nearly 20 years.

Maybe I should tell you more than 80% of company in China have the exporting experience.

Please do not treat me like an idiot!

If you are serious about doing business with us please take the time to have my comments . We have been in business for well over 20 years.

If you do not think you are one of the Chinese companies that is difficult to deal with please let me know. We get approached by Chinese companies every day and we find when we ask them certain questions they never contact us again. You are telling me to keep an open mind, I will keep an open mind about you Nick.

For your information, here are some of the problems that Australasian importers such as us have with Chinese companies;

1/ production goods different and inferior to samples

2/ untrue lead times quoted.

3/ reluctance to answer questions

4/ communication difficulties

If you are not one of those companies you will make a lot of money dealing with us and similar companies. Do you wish to do so? We know there are some excellent Chinese companies but a lot us have lost money trying to find them! It would be great if you were one of the excellent ones, you are welcome to prove it to me.

Sorry,I do not meant to offend you.

I think I can understand you and agree with you on some problems.

I have said that the problems exist indeed in some companies,but in my opinion,it is unfair to treat all the Chinese companies as like that.And these problems such as 2/ also exsit in many other countries,including New Zealand.I have met before.The problems is generated with the process of development,not one country's fault,it will be better in a not long time.

And we right are not one of these companies,so we make a lot of money like what you said,we have a good business relationship with our customers in UK,Spain,Italy,Canada,Australia etc,which is pleasant cooperating working experience.We will try our best to supply good service to our customers instead of the problems you said.

However,I will think over the problems you said,treating them as good advice,thank you.

I think we should find if we have an opportunity to have a win-win cooperation instead of arguing for these stuff,which doesn't make any sense.

Hope we could work together in the future.

上面的mail是前段时间与一老外的争论，我摘了其中三封。他对中国公司横加指责，若是善意的批评，可以接受；可那偏见偏的太离谱了，他根本就不了解实际情况，说中国公司很难打交道，而且技术水平让人怀疑，而且拿全世界企业都存在的不足独独套到中国头上，我自然不服，本来很客气对他说话，后来听他说话很不客气，小哥有点小火了，说话也故意刺激他，以至于后来他来了一句“请不要把我当白痴”。给他最后一封很“礼貌”的mail，让他了解一下我们的大国心态，他就再没回了，哈。咳，这哥们估计也是个爱较真的主儿，巧了，我也是，别的工作还没动，先给他回email，够优待了吧.....

不过我们要辨证地看问题，他说的情况确实在中国好多企业都普遍存在，很多公司外销部门门槛很低，外销人员良莠不齐，好多中小企业除了外语，并没有太注重其他素质的培养，而这些甚至比语言更重要。外销人员的综合素质足以影响到中国整个外贸行业的声誉，已经成为此行业的一个不小的瓶颈，倘若不解决这个问题，现在的出口优势都会消失殆尽，只能靠超低的价格去竞争，而价格是最靠不住的东西，或许在一定时期内对特定的国家有一定的竞争力，但注定无法长久。我看到一些出口工厂里的工人在夏季30多度的车间里辛苦工作，那些微薄的利润就是靠他们来维持...这些也不是短期内能改变的事情，只希望工厂生产能尽快升级，增加产品附加值（好像跑题了...）
希望我们在工作时，做到最起码的职业道德。
